  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to run reports, analyze data, and communicate key findings/opportunities
  • Proactive and able to problem solve and adapt within a rapidly evolving environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel via plane, train, and/or car to account meetings up to 10% of the time

Full Job Description

The PRH Children's Sales team is seeking an Associate Director responsible for maximizing sales growth and managing a sales team. This position will oversee an experienced sales team that sells the PRH children's publishing lists and PRHPS Client lists to Ingram, Baker and Taylor and Brodart. This highly visible and fast paced role will be responsible for all aspects of the division including working closely with the team to develop sales growth strategy and building strong relationships with key contacts at each account. This role would be asked to attend meetings to represent children's sales at both internal meetings with the publishers as well as attend external meetings with the accounts.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
