  • Use standard formats to audit the autonomous maintenance done by operators.
  • Give training to operators to improve the effectiveness of autonomous maintenance.
  • Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS & JCMS goals and metrics.
  • Participate in EHS & JCMS observations program.
  • Maintain security policy, health, and environment at work.
  • Participate in Training program.
  • Assist in defining corrective and preventive actions.
  • Control system logs in your area.
  • Intervene personally to identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior
  • Identify and report potential environmental impacts
  • Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.
  • Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company.
  • Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5S standards.
  • Properly use Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Review and participate in risk assessments ensuring the level of alertness in their areas when working with materials and chemicals.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Requires a minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

  • Associates Degree or higher education preferred but not required
  • Computer literate
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
