- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
- Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
- Serve welcome drinks and hors d'oeuvres, upon guests' arrival
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards
- Double check the order before it goes to a customer
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct customer
- Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils
- Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
Qualifications
Required
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Good oral communication skills
- ServSafe certified or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
- Great organizational skills

**Food Runner - Wisconsin Room**

**Location:** Kohler, WI
**Opportunity**
Join our top-rated food and beverage team and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service-growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations.
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
+ Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
+ Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
+ Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins

This is a part-time, year-round opportunity. Applicants must be available to work 6am-11am, year-round. This is not a seasonal position.
