  • Fluency in English.

Preferred

  • 4-6+ years of industry experience in strategy, digitalization of front-of-house and back-of-house, customer experience, loyalty, personalization strategy, etc.
  • Advanced degree.

A Global Consulting Firm are currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst within the Consumer Practice Area, you will be part of a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights. You will collaborate with case and proposal teams to deliver knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory. You will serve as a thought partner and content expert, assisting case teams and topic/sector leaders in structuring and solving complex issues.

In addition, you will support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets in your area of expertise. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector alongside business leaders, contributing to marketing efforts, conferences, and publications. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will assist with onboarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues, and share best practices within the team.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry; candidates with consulting experience are preferred.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, a minimum of 3+ years of industry experience is required; 4-6+ years of industry experience is strongly preferred, with experience in top QSR and CDR players in roles focusing on strategy, digitalization of front-of-house and back-of-house, customer experience, loyalty, personalization strategy, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English; other languages may be requested in certain locations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
