Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in an existing payer partnership role or similar B2B roles in Client Success, Sales, Business Development, or Strategy
  • Understanding of health plan and provider business models
  • Exposure to clinicians that provide mental health and/or telehealth services
  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys collaborating across all levels of a smaller organization
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and seeks opportunities to shape company strategy and initiatives
  • Thoughtful and operationally excellent to set up processes and frameworks to achieve individual and team success
  • Desires an environment that fosters growth through open feedback and high autonomy

As the Director of Payer Partnerships, you'll lead the charge in forging and managing crucial relationships with U.S. health plans. What are we looking for?

We are looking for this candidate to possess experience in the healthcare sector, specifically within payer partnerships or similar B2B roles such as Client Success, Sales, Business Development, or Strategy. They should have a solid understanding of health plan and provider business models, coupled with experience engaging with clinicians who provide mental health and/or telehealth services.

What will you do?:

Can I work remotely?

Yes. We operate in Pacific Time and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We also ask our employees to travel to our Mountain View, CA office up to six times per year to collaborate in person in order to build better working relationships and experience our in-office culture. Travel expenses will be covered and reasonable accommodations will be made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.

The base salary range for this position is $200,000-215,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a variable compensation bonus, and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors - including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
