  • Manage vehicle information files, transfers, disposal forms.
  • Manage and follow through with all warranty claims.
  • Assist in tracking fleet expenses.
  • Monthly reports to fleet manager.
  • Use Vendor web sites, Freightliner, International, Peterbilt for warranty and check vehicle specification etc.
  • Perform monthly Fuel Reconciliation for all assigned sites.
  • Assisting with scheduling task for fleet technicians.
  • Take road call information when supervisor or manager are not available.
  • Filing as needed.
  • Perform other related duties.
  • Pick up orders/parts.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-18 months related experience and/or training
  • Clean MVR
  • Current Driver License
  • Proficient in the Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Drive
  • Organizational and Administrative skills
  • Analytical and accounting skills
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to pass all required medical exams, drug, and background checks

Meadow Gold has immediate job openings for a skilled **Fleet** **Maintenance Coordinator** to provide coordination of Fleet Maintenance to more than one location. Provides clerical

support to the Fleet Manager for all of Colorado. Processes invoices, performs audits, controls, and runs part reporting, assists in parts room inventory management, controls preventative maintenance schedule, and keeps FADV current.

**OUR COORDINATORS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE:**

**$22.00 - $25.00/hr**

**SCHEDULE:**

**MON - FRI: 8:00AM - 4:30PM**
