**Join our Sales Leadership Program, starting June 16, 2025!**

Ferguson's Sales Leadership Program is a 2-year rotational learning program, providing exposure to our various customer groups (residential and non-residential) through on-the-job training, networking, coaching, and structured development. On-the-job learning experiences will include training in areas such as our warehouse, counter, and sales functions. You will also develop key skills in business awareness, relationship building, collaboration, consultation, inclusion, and the development of self and others. Your training will take place in one of the following metro areas:

+ Atlanta, GA Metro - Rotation locations may include: Roswell, Norcross, Union City, Tucker and Lilburn, GA

+ DC/Baltimore Metro - Rotation locations may include: Chantilly, VA, Joppa, Halethorpe and Upper Marlboro, MD

+ Denver, CO Metro - Rotation locations may include: Aurora, Denver, and Commerce City, CO

+ Houston, TX Metro - Rotation locations may include: Houston, La Porte and Spring, TX

+ Phoenix, AZ Metro - Rotation location may include: Phoenix, AZ

+ Tampa, FL Metro - Rotation locations may include: Lakeland and Tampa, FL

Each location will include incoming and current Sales Leadership Program associates to encourage networking and relationship-building. You will remain in your assigned location for the entirety of the program, and should be open to the potential of relocating upon program graduation.

**What you need to succeed:**

+ Obtain a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university by June 16, 2025

+ For Internal Ferguson Associates: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or 1+ years of Ferguson experience.

+ Prior leadership experience preferred

+ Ability to build long-lasting relationships

+ A solution-oriented approach to solve for our business and customer needs

+ Preparedness to work in a rapidly changing and diverse environment

**Post-Graduation:**

Upon completion of the program, program graduates will be placed into a front-line sales manager role. These roles include, but are not limited to, Branch Manager, Showroom Manager, Inside Sales Manager or Sales Team Manager. Willingness to relocate is required and placement will vary, with consideration to your preferences, across Ferguson's 1400+ U.S. based locations.
