Title: Certified Surgical Technologist - Open Heart
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Operating Room
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm, on-call weekend and holiday rotation
Pay: Pay determined by department equity plus a full benefits package!

The Certified Surgical Technologist duties to include but not limited to:

-Demonstrates practical knowledge of basic surgical instrumentation and equipment
-Scrub surgeries in multiple specialties
-Demonstrates knowledge of age related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be a graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association
- National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required
- Open heart experience is required
