- Provides interpretive guidance on operating procedures or processes for an organization's
- Research eligibility requirements on a broad range of benefits and flexibilities available to employees and provide advice and guidance on enrollments and other requirements
- Participates with higher-graded specialists in recruitment and staffing functions, including preparing vacancy announcements, determining qualifications of applicants, developing certificates, conducting reference checks, ensuring that required clearances are obtained, making employment offers, determining pay, and processing personnel actions

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five (5) years performing HR Specialist duties in a Federal agency environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security check

We have an outstanding Contract position for anHuman Resources Specialistto join a leading Company. This is a remote position.
Pay Range: $34 - $36
**US Citizenship is required.**

The Human Resources Specialist works closely with other Human Resources professionals and managers to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are fair, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements. They conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to ensure that the organization's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and align with the company's objectives.

Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ Bachelor's degree
