**Qualifications for Homemaker / Personal Care Caregivers:**

+ Have at least one year of verifiable work experience preferably in a healthcare related field (but not required).

**Job Responsibilities for Homemakers:**

+ Perform light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, and food shopping.

+ Provide companionship

+ Assist with maintenance of a safe physical environment

**Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Caregivers (Post-Training):**

+ Activities of daily living

+ Range of motion / exercises

+ Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

+ Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

+ Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

+ Assisting with ambulation

+ Medication assistance
