  • Accelerate opportunities through the funnel by proving solutions through the presales process.
  • Understanding the functional and technical requirements of the customer.
  • Provide high-level consultation and do deep-dive on company capabilities with techno-functional understanding.
  • Address and respond to prospect requests and queries as needed.
  • Assist Sales team in pitching relevant offerings and solutions based on the target prospect profile.
  • Assist in developing compelling and thorough proposals presentation.
  • Assist in the creation of proof of concepts and prototypes to demonstrate solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide insights to clients.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of cloud, data and AI engineering.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Proven track record of providing technical solutions and support during the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand industry-specific technical needs.
