- Accelerate opportunities through the funnel by proving solutions through the presales process.
- Understanding the functional and technical requirements of the customer.
- Provide high-level consultation and do deep-dive on company capabilities with techno-functional understanding.
- Address and respond to prospect requests and queries as needed.
- Assist Sales team in pitching relevant offerings and solutions based on the target prospect profile.
- Assist in developing compelling and thorough proposals presentation.
- Assist in the creation of proof of concepts and prototypes to demonstrate solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide insights to clients.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of cloud, data and AI engineering.
- Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Proven track record of providing technical solutions and support during the sales process.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand industry-specific technical needs.
