A Manufacturing Development Associate at Carter Lumber is responsible for learning all facets of the manufacturing environment to retain for future implementation and support. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of Carter Lumber's Manufacturing process and associated systems.
- Exposure to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and understand how they apply to the business
- Observe and assist in developing action plans that address areas for improvement in both process & profitability

A Carter Lumber Manufacturing Development Associate is responsible for learning all facets of the manufacturing environment to retain for future implementation and support.
