A Carter Lumber Manufacturing Development Associate is responsible for learning all facets of the manufacturing environment to retain for future implementation and support. This position will focus on several areas including Carters Lumbers manufacturing process, product knowledge, scheduling, applicable software, inventory, safety, general management and other areas as defined by the manufacturing team. When the associate has acquired the necessary knowledge and shows the ability to apply it to day-to-day operations, the selected candidate will be considered for placement at a Carter Lumber manufacturing facility in a management capacity.
