+ 1-3 years' experience in a high-end coffee shop or high volume, fine dining atmosphere
+ Exceptional communication skills
+ Extensive knowledge of coffee and tea service
+ Experience creating latte art
+ Basic math and computer skills and ability to operate a service POS
+ Ability to learn and retain information quickly
+ Intellectual curiosity
+ Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
+ Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
+ At least 16 years of age
+ Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period
Pay Rate - $19.50/hr.
