  • Be comfortable in a tech-savvy role that demands multi-tasking on each call
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial service information & direct them to the service department
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, service team, and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in an office-based work environment is beneficial
  • Experience in a call-heavy role is highly considered
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and be comfortable in a more tech-savvy role
  • Great verbal and written communication skills

$16.00 per hour Full Time Mon.1:00pm-900pm Tues 8:30am-6pm Wed. 8:30am-6pm Thur. 8:30am-5;00pm Fri. 8:30am-6pm Saturday 9am-4pm Every employee with the Feldman Automotive Group is absolutely critical to its success.
