Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for growing network of contracted clinic sites offering specific clinical education experiences to healthcare students
  • Build and maintains communication via telephone, video call, and/or email with clinical site contract administrators and key personnel through all stages of procurement/contract cycle
  • Collaborate daily with EIM Clinical Education Team and University Partners, to build strategic partnerships with clinical sites through data management, tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Opportunity to use inside sales skills to determine, navigate, and persuade the correct point of contact in order to explain UP programs for strategic student placement, clinical rotations
  • Maintain high level organization by using Excel Spreadsheets and keeping accurate records and tracking within Salesforce
  • Be customer obsessed by providing stellar customer service to all clients (UPs, Clinical Sites, and internal team)
  • Ability to showcase presentation skills, demonstrate time management, and capability to multitask
  • Ability to navigate and influence stakeholder decision making within a clinical setting (rehab, private clinics, hospitals, etc.) to procure Up contracts for student clinical placements
