**Job Summary**

In this position you will be responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers

+ Expand sales for existing contract customers

+ Knowledge of building automation systems is a plus

+ Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers

+ Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action

+ Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent

+ Is successful at maintaining an acceptable rate of new sales

+ Willing to travel in the regional area as needed.
