Qualifications

Required

  • Six months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in the English Language.
  • Ability to safely lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.

Windsor Run is a beautiful 60-acre continuing care retirement community in the town of Matthews in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.

We are hiring a team & service-oriented Dining Associate to provide exceptional service to our wonderful residents and guests. In this role, you are responsible for the overall efficiency of the dining room and pantry while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values.

**How you will make an impact:**

**Compensation:**

+ Commensurate with experience starting at $16.00/hourly
