Responsibilities

  • Develop the product roadmap for claims value stream and lead high-level epic planning for current and future quarters
  • Work directly with customers, agile engineering teams, and internal functions to create business requirements, user stories, and provide overall prioritization of work
  • Help with the commercialization and organization enablement of features that the team creates
  • Lead and define high-level business requirements for all assigned epics working with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with UX team to build and validate the overall consumer experience
  • For broader initiatives within the organization, prioritize and coordinate delivery of multiple product features across multiple engineering teams
  • Lead engineering grooming sessions for selected stories, capturing more detailed task breakdowns and estimates
  • Work within an assigned engineering scrum team to develop, test, document, accept, and release specific product features
  • Demonstrate completed product features to both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Lead periodic customer onsite visits
  • Lead internal training and knowledge transfer for key product features
  • Perform all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII
  • Provide deal-specific sales-support
  • Lead internal training and knowledge transfer for key product features

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable)
  • 3 years of employment experience in product management for a SaaS-based, web consumer facing applications, Agile/Scrum technology company
  • 3 years of employment experience working with health plans and/or health plan technologies
  • 3 years of employment experience providing in-depth business domain knowledge in the healthcare industry
  • 3 years of employment experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex customer relationships

**Overview**

**JOB TITLE: Product Manager: Provider Data Management**

**JOB LOCATION: Company Headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts 01803. REMOTE EMPLOYMENT AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION. CAN TELECOMMUTE FROM ANY LOCATION IN THE UNITED STATES.**

**REQUIRED TRAVEL: 10% - 15% domestic travel required.**

**REQUIRED HOURS: Full-time.**

**REQUIRED DUTIES:**

+ Develop the product roadmap for claims value stream and lead high-level epic planning for current and future quarters

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:**

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus 3 years of employment experience.

Employment experience must include:

+ A minimum of3years of demonstrated employment experience in product management for a SaaS-based, web consumer facing applications, Agile/Scrum technology company including all related processes such as story mapping, requirements writing, prioritized backlogs, product ownership within a scrum team.

+ A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated employment experience working with health plans and/or health plan technologies.

+ A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated employment experience providing in-depth business domain knowledge in the healthcare industry in general and the payor/insurance market segment of the healthcare industry in particular.

+ A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated employment experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex customer relationships.
