Cook Lead

Good Times Billiards is a Pool Hall in Lakewood CA that is looking for new line cooks! Join our team and help us grow our kitchen We are planning on opening our doors to Door Dash, Uber Eats & Delivery Apps for lunchtime. We need a qualified line cook who wants to have their kitchen and is ready to grow Good Times food presence.

Responsibilities:

• Use a Deep Fryer / Grill to cook short orders
• Maintain / Clean Kitchen / Keep Up Cleanliness
• Use POS to Take Orders
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Food Service Card
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
