Wunderkind is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to manage senior leaders at large, recognizable brands through their digital marketing problems using our software platform. Wunderkind is looking for a self-starting and dynamic Customer Success Manager to help senior leaders at some of the largest, most recognizable brands in the world solve their most pressing digital problems through our cutting edge software platform. The Customer Success Manager role involves a consultative and holistic approach to both digital marketing and client management - owning the customer lifecycle through strategy to renewal.

Day In The Life:
  • Own the relationship and ultimate success of a dedicated segment of Wunderkind's Enterprise customers, including strategy development, renewal, and upsell
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors to fully understand your customer's business strategy and measurements for success
  • Communicate and continuously reinforce how Wunderkind drives revenue, what our competitive advantage is, and why it is worth the investment
  • Serve as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including product management, sales, engineering, and design

You Will Stand Out With:
  • 2+ years experience in customer success, account management or consulting
  • Demonstrated track record working in a rigorous, results-driven role that directly impacted the growth of a business
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and can communicate the impact of important metrics to a clients' business
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and EQ; you enjoy building relationships, overcoming push back and engaging in high touch client interaction
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage, set priorities and stay organized when managing multiple client relationships

The base salary range for this role is $60,000-$90,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
