Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
  • Solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat, and organized

POSITION: The Sales Associate will oversee all Studio sales and grassroots marketing operations. This position will be based in San Ramon, CA. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with mornings, nights and weekend availability.
