Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the smart grid or utility industry.
  • Technical expertise in software development, especially in SaaS and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with streetlighting, electric meters, commercial IoT, and relevant protocols.
  • Proven success in defining and launching products and developing effective product strategies.
  • Strong understanding of wireless communication networks, IP protocols, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work onsite in Cary, NC, three days a week.
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time.

Preferred

  • Experience in the utility market and working with global teams.
  • Knowledge of AI applications within the industry.
  • Familiarity with companies like A-B, Schneider, or similar in the utility and smart grid sectors.
