Job Description of Project Manager - Commonwealth Curb Appeal:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including site supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Project Manager certification would be a plus.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential construction or hardscape industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
