  • Work with suppliers and service providers to ensure adherence to our Sourced to Avoid Bioengineered Ingredients policy.
  • Create and deliver training materials to educate team members and suppliers on compliance standards and policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least six years in regulatory compliance roles for consumer-packaged goods
  • Minimum of two years in product certifications like Organic, Kosher, Non-GMO Project, Gluten Free, and Fair Trade
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management systems

Preferred

  • Familiarity with USDA National Organic Program regulations
  • Familiarity with USDA National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standards
  • Experience with Fair Trade compliance
