- Ensure compliance with USDA National Organic Program requirements, coordinating records and audits.
- Work closely with Quality Standards and Quality Assurance teams to integrate third-party certification requirements into our processes.
- Work with suppliers and service providers to ensure adherence to our Sourced to Avoid Bioengineered Ingredients policy.
- Create and deliver training materials to educate team members and suppliers on compliance standards and policies.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- At least six years in regulatory compliance roles for consumer-packaged goods
- Minimum of two years in product certifications like Organic, Kosher, Non-GMO Project, Gluten Free, and Fair Trade
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management systems
Preferred
- Familiarity with USDA National Organic Program regulations
- Familiarity with USDA National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standards
- Experience with Fair Trade compliance
