- Disassemble production equipment for cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize processing and manufacturing equipment.
- Hand scrub food processing equipment and facilities.
- Work as a team player to ensure cleaning specifications are achieved in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate well with other team members.
- Assist in other areas as assigned by lead, supervisor, or manager.
- Follow Company's GMP's, SOP's, plant rules, other policies, and codes of conduct.
- Follow written and oral instructions.

Required
- Ability to work in a cold, damp environment.
- Previous sanitation experience and prior chemical-use exposure is a plus.
- Basic oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Available to work a Monday - Friday schedule, with some weekend work as dictated by production needs.

SKILLED WORKERS NOW STARTING AT $18.50 WITH A $500 STARTING BONUS
Production employees can be placed anywhere on the production line, either working directly working with our product or in supplementary processes. There are a variety of openings associated with this position ranging from palletizing, loading, inspection, meat cutting, and sanitation. This position is physical and fast-paced.
