Real Estate Attorney

Levitt & Boccio, LLP is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate or Counsel with 6+ years of sophisticated developer focused transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience for its growing Affordable Housing Group.

Qualified candidates will have experience representing owners/developers of multifamily rental real estate and should have played key leadership roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions. Affordable Housing experience is a plus.

In addition to the ability to ‘run a deal’ and supervise deal team members, qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, strong communication and collaboration skills, confident drafting and editing abilities, as well as a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In accordance with Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is $270,000-$400,000.
