InRhythm is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead and develop client relationships within existing named accounts, acting as the single point of contact.   • Develop business and achieve revenue targets by growing the existing revenue base and hunting for new business within the assigned accounts
  • Build, generate and close opportunities pipeline
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and SOW signing
  • Manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships and expand client and project portfolio beyond current opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships and establish trust with all key client contacts to uncover new opportunities
  • Extensively prepare for client meetings, including producing sales and marketing materials as needed
  • Proactively reach out to clients to keep up the relationship and drive new business opportunities
  • Manage multiple client engagements and ensure expectations are reasonable and clearly defined in the scope of work

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of sales experience in an enterprise-level software sales role or other high-ticket IT consultative selling role
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and growing accounts within the Financial Services domain
  • Demonstrated understanding of professional services best practices and a customer first mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building skills, negotiation skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Must be a self-starter who can learn on the job with minimal oversight
  • Ability to deal with an extreme level of confidentiality in dealing with all information
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast, uber-collaborative environment
  • Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
  • Experience working with VP and CxO level

Preferred

  • Experience in Digital Transformation
  • Experience working in a Professional Services firm with a proven track record of growing client accounts

Full Job Description

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, base salary with an OTE of $350k. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on level and position offered.
