- Attends other meetings as required by Management
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma, equivalent, or two years of previous blown film-manufacturing experience
- Computer and good mechanical background
- Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Management, teamwork, leadership, detail oriented, thoroughness, and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to read work orders, check production reports on the lines, and verbally communicate with all shift employees, Production Manager, Management Staff, and Maintenance
- Able to obtain Berry Global forklift license

Ability to do functional math; i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying and division. Ability to use a handheld calculator to figure percentage formulas and out-put yield. Must be able to calculate the density of the blend and percentage of layer thickness with micrometers. Accurately read provided measuring devices.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions on this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to very loud. An essential part of this position is to work in a teamwork environment. The employee is constantly exposed to temperature variances; extreme heat during the Spring and Summer and cold temperatures during the Winter.
