- Prepare weekly AR aging reports and provide updates to management
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Inglewood, California. In this role, you will play a vital role in managing customer accounts, processing payments, and resolving billing issues. This role is ideal for those who are proficient in using accounting software systems, have a strong understanding of accounting functions, and are able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Fully onsite position. M-F 7am to 4pm
