  • Promote safety by ensuring compliance with safety programs, procedures, and owner policies.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, pay estimates, procedures, and resource allocation.
  • Present monthly project reports to executive leadership.
  • Address disputes with project owners in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and executive leadership as needed.
  • Lead project closeout procedures, finalize contracts, obtain retainages, and resolve claims.
  • Conduct project debriefs to review all aspects of project completion.
  • Provide input on equipment procurement methods and contracts.
  • Undertake additional assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

Required

  • 15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, including 10+ years in water/wastewater treatment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Registered PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment.
  • Minimum 10 years with a PE license.
  • Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
  • Proficiency with Civil3D, FlowMaster, BioWin.
  • Field experience in construction and operations.
  • Strong interest in participating in company initiatives.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with technical staff on multiple projects.
