Aspire Health Group is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an administrative assistant with strong business acumen, team-oriented, driven, and excited about building a culture. This role involves a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the supervisor, coordinating work within the department and with others, and providing customer service to residents and families.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the assigned supervisor.
  • Coordinate work within the department as well as with other departments and respond to inquiries or requests for information.
  • Interact in a courteous, tactful, friendly, and cooperative manner while handling issues, complaints, inquiries, and questions.
  • Read correspondence and memos directed to administration, handling those of a routine nature either by writing or telephoning a response or redirecting matters to proper parties to expedite handling.
  • Prepare and develop confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, business documents, and special mailings.
  • Prepare preliminary work on various projects.
  • Prepare, receive, and direct inter-office and U.S mail; prepare bulk mailings for distribution.
  • Organize, monitor, and maintain general administrative records and filing systems.
  • Provide customer service to resident/families as necessary.
  • Review/maintain time and attendance records for supervisor's approval prior to submitting to the payroll department
  • Enter missed punches for staff and agency employees. Reconcile hours daily.
  • Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences.
  • Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prefer two (2) year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum.
  • Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
