Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated New Equipment Coordinator to oversee coordination activities on multiple new equipment installation projects throughout the Western Region.   • Perform construction administrative duties to maximize project cash coverage.
  • Manage certified payroll, liens & waivers, all New Equipment third party systems / customer special billing forms, prevailing wage documents, and supplemental billing forms.
  • Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing.
  • Support the Accounts Payable process through PO corrections.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable process through collections of the top 10 accounts by attending collection calls with PMs, sales reps and provide reporting as required.
  • Ensure 100% cash coverage of assigned projects, 0% reserves on assigned accounts, and no AR attributed to assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in teams, with colleagues at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Understanding of internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations and needs.
  • Process driven & detail-oriented.
  • Punctuality with high organizational skills.
  • Accountability, follows through on commitments acts with a clear sense of ownership.
  • Ability to stay focused on achieving targets, whether working independently or partnering with colleagues.

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated New Equipment Coordinator to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects throughout the Western Region. The New Equipment Coordinator will ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**What you'll do:**

+ Ability to work closely with the internal project managers, sales staff, construction superintendents, external customers, and senior leadership to ensure successful financial milestones are met and customer communication
