Full Job Description

Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Hours: Flexible


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experienced screen printing, embroidery, and promo sales reps
  • A thorough understanding of promo, screen printing, and embroidery decoration methods
  • A sales rep with their own book of business that is looking for improved service for their clients


What We’re Offering:


  • Work from home and set your own schedule
  • We’ll manage your jobs from start to finish, so you can focus on sales
  • We'll schedule your orders, send artwork approvals, produce real samples, and more
  • We'll order your garments, arrange couriers for pickups and deliveries, and guarantee rush orders
  • We will provide support 24/7 weekdays and weekends should you have any issues with production


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Seek new customers to build relationships with
  • Building quotes and invoices for your clients using our super easy to use cloud-based software
  • Manage existing relationships and offer new services and products available from Garment Decor

Compensation Option One: 100% commission


Compensation Option Two: Base pay + commission (may be negotiated)


The Expenses:


  • Decoration costs
  • Product Costs
  • Shipping Costs


Commission payouts will take place on the 15th of every month and will be calculated on the previous 30 days. The commission will take place on jobs that are marked as produced & and shipped in our system and will not be paid for jobs that are a work in progress.
