Qualifications

Required

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in the cosmetic industry, preferably in product formulation and development.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to cosmetics.
  • Knowledge of formulation science, data analysis, and research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
  • Strong ability to communicate and present complex information clearly. Experience in technical writing and documentation.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • A strong focus on innovation and the ability to develop new product technologies and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard laboratory practices and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) preferred.
