Research Operations, Recruitment Coordinator

The Role

We are looking for a systems-thinking and relationship-oriented Research Operations Recruiter to help oversee and improve our B2B participant recruitment programs You will drive the day-to-day operations, improve existing processes, and build new recruitment capabilities. Creative problem solving and lead generations are essential to being successful in this role. \u00A0

You will begin by understanding the current state of our recruitment processes, identifying challenges and gaps while plotting a long-term strategy for improvement. With diversity in mind, you will review research briefs and provide feedback on recruitment requests to recommend changes to improve feasibility. You will help researchers make the most of the connections and resources they have and troubleshoot when issues arise. You will build relationships with peer and partner teams doing similar work with these audiences improving collaboration, enabling responsible use of participant recruitment channels, and minimizing duplicative research. Over time, you will influence internal stakeholders to enable more efficient and effective participant recruitment challenging existing norms with empathy and an open mind.\u00A0\u00A0
