  • Performs small projects such as installing conduit and wiring.
  • Operates, maintains, and repairs equipment associated with HVAC, chilled water system, and mechanical operations.
  • Ensures safe and proper operation of life safety equipment and minor plumbing.
  • Responds to customer requests, submits and closes work orders, and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Performs all work using the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Adheres to all applicable safety policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Communicates effectively, writing and verbally, with clients and peers.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. of equipment; work on platforms, ladders, and under a raised floor.
