Position Overview

We are seeking two (2) California Licensed Therapists—one full-time and one part-time—to join our remote team.

The role involves providing therapy and counseling services to individuals dealing with mental health challenges, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering support to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve emotional well-being.

The ideal candidates will have experience working with women and/or the military population, with a strong background in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and relationship concerns. This is a remote role for a MFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to military members, veterans, their families, and women.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment goals for trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly with military populations and/or women, focusing on trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use.
• Skills: Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices. Proficiency in telehealth platforms.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work independently remotely while effectively managing time and caseload.
