  • Attend department meetings and other company required trainings.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

  • Some culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with weights and measures to follow and multiply standard recipes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high pressure work environment.
  • Florida Food Handlers certification required

Preferred

  • Culinary degree and/or formal training
