We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Finance Analyst to join our team in the Budget & Analysis/Corporate Portfolio Management Department. Responsibilities
- Support in crafting and refining financial reports for the Executive Team to assess financial health and performance.
- Conduct monthly reports on project portfolio status, including approved funding, expenditure, and forecasts.
- Facilitate project lifecycle management, including creation, completion, and financial adjustment.
- Update and maintain procedural and control documentation for project systems and pricing models.
- Participate in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Supply project financial information for budget presentations and project materials review sessions.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent working experience (0-3 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with or understanding of SAP, particularly the IM and PS modules.
- Familiarity with MS-Excel pivot tables.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting.

- Conduct monthly reports on project portfolio status, detailing approved funding, expenditure, and forecasts for over 150 active projects
- Facilitate project lifecycle management, including the creation, completion, and financial adjustment of projects, for a wide portfolio with an annual budget ranging from $40 million to $75 million
- Update and maintain procedural and control documentation for project systems and pricing models
- Participate in the preparation of comprehensive financial analyses and presentations for a variety of stakeholders, including management, the Finance Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors
- Supply project financial information for the development of budget presentations and project materials for executive and committee review sessions
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Alternatively, 0-3 years of equivalent working experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce work of the highest quality
- Experience with or understanding of SAP, particularly the IM and PS modules
- Familiarity with MS-Excel pivot tables
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting
