**Laborer**

Laborers are an integral part of our crew. This position is responsible for performing routine manual and semi-skilled work on equipment used in day-to-day operations. This position may operate a variety of hand and power tools.

**What Do You Offer Us:**

- Ability to use shovels, picks, axes, portable grinders and buffers, hand wire brushes, jackhammers, tampers, paving breakers and weed eaters

- Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew

- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles

- Must ensure the proper use of personal safety equipment

- Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment

- Ability to pull, lift and carry heavy objects

- Dig pits, trenches, and foundations in preparation for job site construction

- Maintain a clean job site and to pick up all tools and equipment and secure the jobsite each day

- Perform job tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company policy

- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

**What is Required:**

- Valid Driver's License

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching

- Must be able to be a subject of loud work environments and be a subject of extreme weather fluctuations

- Flexibility of working long hours and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions and travel when needed

- Experience in the Construction or Pipeline industries preferred

This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
