The Procurement Data Analyst at Cadence Design Systems, Inc. will work with internal and external stakeholders to collect and analyze data, identify opportunities to reduce environmental parameters with suppliers, support the administration of supplier assessments and scorecards, and support environmental, social, and governance initiatives within the supply chain.   • Identify and work with internal teams to pursue opportunities to reduce environmental parameters with suppliers
  • Support administration of supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performance
  • Support environmental, social and governance initiatives within Cadence's supply chain to further our goals and net zero targets
  • Implement data integrity measures and support internal stakeholders with master data changes and master data change management across systems
  • Help creating and tracking supplier implementation/improvement plans, actions, etc.
  • Coordinate with large working groups, such as coordinating events or speakers, or facilitating meetings or activities, issuing communications to stakeholder groups

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Possess strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences through presenting, deck development, or report writing
  • Must work well in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently
  • Ability to handle complexity and demands with a sense of urgency, drive and passion
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including liaising with colleagues at many levels
  • Willingness to observe, learn and develop the necessary skills to perform at a high level

Preferred

  • Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or Qlik, and dashboard development
  • Project and/or program management skills
  • Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software
  • Any prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives

Location

Open to remote candidates within the US for the optimal candidate

The annual salary range for California is $85,400 to $158,600. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
