  • Verifies correct product(s) and quantity of each item are present
  • Seals carton either manually or by utilizing box sealer tape machine
  • Restocks picking locations with returned product
  • Insures assigned area is properly replenished (A frame only)
  • Operates electronic scanning equipment
  • Assemble kits
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area

Qualifications

Required

  • Basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to respond to verbal and written instructions

The General Warehouse associate performs a wide variety of stocking and packing duties. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

**Schedule: 36 hours, Friday through Sunday**

**RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:**

+ Reads pick sheets or computer terminal to determine items and quantities to be selected

+ Pulls/pushes cart or pallet jack for use in collecting order components

+ Selects product from appropriate location and places into correct container

+ Verifies corrects product(s) and quantity of each item are present

+ Seals carton either manually or by utilizing box sealer tape machine

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**

+ Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds with assistance

+ Regularly stand, pull, squat, walk, kneel, reach, climb, and/or balance for 8 to 10 hours daily

+ Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, talk and effectively hear and listen while being exposed to various levels of traffic from material handling equipment
