  • Work all necessary hours and shifts and is able to work on call as needed.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year(s) Industrial Maintenance experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Basic Electrical experience and troubleshooting ability
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical drawings.
  • Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, stoop, and bend.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft and Windows products
  • Experience with PLC programming, especially Siemens and Allen-Bradley
  • Experience with and knowledge on machine control systems
  • Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment
  • Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades

Pay Range = $24.36- $36.37 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

($36.54 - $54.55 per hour Overtime pay rate for hours worked in excess of 40 per week)

PCA provides paid training up to 100 hours to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay.

Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.

SUMMARY
