- Provide training in partnership with the management team on stockroom organization and the replenishment process
- Communicate professionally and effectively with the team (Management and Sales Associates)
- Foster a positive work environment for both internal and external customers
- Drive store results through effective organization of the stockroom areas
- Maintain a strong and genuine customer focus on the sales floor
- Monitor and adhere to all safety regulation and polices as directed by the company
- Partner with the store team to maintain company standard of a neat, clean, and organized store
- Contribute to and support the team on delivering customer service consistently
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Demonstrated customer engagement skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

**POSITION PURPOSE**

Execute the replenishment process to ensure outstanding customer service and product placement. Perform the opening and closing of the store as necessary. **Knowledge Skills & Abilities:**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
+ Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
+ Demonstrated customer engagement skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
+ Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
**Physical Demands:**
+ Flexible availability is required. Eight hour shifts and an average of 40 hours per week: including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional overnights. A minimum of two closing shifts a week.
+ Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time; climb up and down a ladder.
+ Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping and reaching.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
**Availability:**
+ Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
+ Eight hour shifts and an average of 40 hours per week: including evenings, weekends and holidays. A minimum of two closing shifts a week.
