**We are rapidly opening new locations and we want you to join our team!**

**Growing with us doesn't stop after our 8-12 week training program, we continue the development of our managers for years to come and will help push you to the next level.**

We know the key to a well operating store is the **General Manager** . Our bonus program is structured so that the GM has achievable goals structured around labor hours/ food costs and DT times. The GM is eligible to receive 1% of gross sales as their bonus. Any sales over their budget they receive 10% of sales! It is not uncommon for strong managers to make almost as much in bonus as in salary. We are seeking dynamic results driven leaders who have an entrepreneurial spirit and value outstanding customer service for our Dunkin', General Manager positions.

If you have a positive attitude, are a self-starter and enjoy a fast-paced environment then this is the place for you. Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous coaching.
