**Position Overview**

As a Contingent Labor Associate within PNC's Talent Acquisition organization, you will be based in Downers Grove, IL; Peoria, IL; Cleveland, OH; Frederick, MD; Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a location in PNC's footprint.

In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for an international internally managed staff augmentation program. You will assist in the execution on all tasks and processes within contingent labor program and across a variety of key initiatives. You will support the monitoring and evaluation of staffing suppliers to ensure they meet PNC's standards and objectives. You will need to demonstrate the ability to coordinate and communicate with LOB partners, external suppliers, and related departments within PNC to ensure a successful and streamlined process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workers.
