Qualifications
Required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
- Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
Preferred
- CDA
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
