  • Proficiency in network security, systems security, application security, and data security
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, SIEM)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CEH
  • Experience with cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets. You will be responsible for engineering, implementing and monitoring security measures for the protection of Trustmark's computer systems, networks and information. The role helps identify and define system security requirements as well as develop detailed cyber security designs.
