The Senior Project Manager at Career Collective is responsible for the technical, functional, and creative quality of deliverable products, providing indirect design input and quality control functions. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
- Mid to senior level engineering experience
- Performance and/or direction of specific engineering work on diverse civil site design projects
- Client communication skills
- Construction document (plan and specifications) and technical reports preparation and/or oversight
- Engineering analyses, opinions of probable costs, and supporting calculations
- Independently evaluate, select and recommend and/or perform design solutions, procedures, criteria, and quality control/quality assurance activities

Civil Land Development Engineer
Duties:
Provide engineering solutions in site design, water, wastewater, stormwater, and environmental facilities to public and private clients.
- Perform construction oversight and field documentation.
- Coordinate design efforts with various other professional disciplines including geotechnical, surveying, hydrogeological, and environmental.
- Perform project work under supervision of Senior Engineer.
- Support business development efforts in conjunction with our sales team.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
- Civil site, environmental, and/or infrastructure design experience (water, wastewater, drainage, roads)
- Construction management experience and knowledge of surveying principals are a plus
- AutoCAD Civil 3D required
- EIT or PE preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
