  • Assist plant management by internally managing and reviewing prototype completion as well as reviews with the customers.
  • Work with customer to develop proposals and designs for customer review and approval.
  • Coordinate with shop floor personnel to get prototypes developed and built.
  • Correctly develop complete 3D models of product with proper manufacturing methods in mind
  • Design products using Autodesk, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and/or Catia.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting production issues for manufacturing of various electrical components
  • Ability to read blueprints and use quality control tools
  • Efficiency in medical device manufacturing facilities adhering to ISO 13485 and GMP processes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP system software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

LHH is seeking TWO Manufacturing Engineers for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement positions in the Indianapolis area. If selected, you will join one of 1 organizations who truly cares and places their employees first. In this role, you will design and develop new tools used for manufacturing fixtures and parts. The compensation is commensurate to 4+ years' experience and will range between $70-90,000 per year, medical insurance plans, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.
